BSA TROOP 29 - Congers, NY
ACTIVITY Court of Honor
LOCATION Congers Elementary School
DATE: Oct. 15, 2008

Troop 29 held their Fall Court of Honor to recognize the accomplishments and advancement of the Scouts since the Spring. As usual, this was a large event, covering many merit badges earned at Summer Camp. Scoutmaster Mooney also presented many scouts with new badges of rank, including five new Life Scouts. One member of each rank class presented a discussion of the requirements for that rank to the assembled parents and guests.

As part of the program, Joe Leonard and Anthony Trivino talked about their upcoming Eagle Projects. Joe will be leading a renovation of the Snyder Cemetary along Kings Highway, and Anthony's project is to restore the stone wall at Germonds Park.
